Before you join
Questions before you join?
Here is what we can share while TrackEd is in its early pilot.
Who is TrackEd for?
TrackEd is being built for NYC contractors who manage their own service workflow
and for agencies or schools coordinating teams of providers.
Is TrackEd available now?
TrackEd is in an early pilot. Joining the waitlist means you will receive relevant
product updates and may be invited to participate as pilot space becomes available.
Is TrackEd part of NYC Public Schools?
No. TrackEd is independent software built around NYC service-delivery workflows.
It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NYC Public Schools or the New York City
Department of Education.
How does invoice submission work?
TrackEd connects session records, secure e-signatures, and invoice preparation,
then lets you submit through Polaris, the NYC DOE Vendor Portal, or a manual workflow.
What does TrackEd cost?
Pricing has not been published while packaging is validated during the early pilot.
Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase commitment.
What information should I share in the form?
Tell us about your role, team, and general workflow challenges. Do not submit student
names, student records, or other sensitive educational information.
This notice explains how the TrackEd early-access website handles the information
you choose to provide when you join the waitlist or contact us about the pilot.
Information we collect
The early-access form collects your name, work email, whether you work independently
or with an organization, organization name and team size when applicable, and any message
you choose to provide.
Do not submit student names, student records, health information, or other sensitive
educational information through the early-access form.
How we use it
We use this information to manage the TrackEd early-access list, understand potential
pilot fit, respond to requests, and send relevant product or pilot updates. We do not
sell waitlist information.
Website analytics
If enabled, TrackEd may use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand
how people find and use the website, measure site performance, and improve its content.
Depending on the service and configuration, analytics data may include pages viewed,
referral source, visit timing, interactions or events, general browser and device
information, network or device identifiers, and approximate location derived from an IP
address. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies. Cloudflare Web
Analytics is designed to provide aggregate website metrics without using cookies.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, form messages, student information,
or other sensitive educational information to either analytics service.
Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and Resend for form notifications. If
analytics are enabled, Google provides Google Analytics and Cloudflare provides
Cloudflare Web Analytics. These providers process information as needed to provide their
services, subject to their terms and privacy practices.
Retention and choices
TrackEd retains early-access information only as long as needed for the purposes
described above. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by replying
to any early-access email you receive from TrackEd.
If Google Analytics is enabled, you can limit its cookies through your browser settings
or use the
Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to operate without cookies, so browser cookie
controls do not apply to that service, though some browser privacy tools may block
analytics requests. Analytics information is retained for the periods configured by
TrackEd within each service and subject to the provider's retention limits.
TrackEd is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible
audience, regardless of technology or ability.
Conformance status
The TrackEd website conforms to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2
Level AA. This statement applies to the public website and does not describe the
accessibility of future TrackEd product applications unless explicitly stated.
Accessibility measures
TrackEd supports accessibility through measures including:
Semantic page structure and native controls wherever possible.
Keyboard access and visible focus indicators.
Responsive layouts that reflow across screen sizes and zoom levels.
Color contrast and interface states designed for light, dark, and forced-color modes.
Reduced-motion support for people who prefer less animation.
Automated checks and manual testing of key interactions.
Ongoing review
We review the website as its content and features change and address accessibility
issues as part of ongoing design and development.
