No. TrackEd is independent software built around NYC service-delivery workflows. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by NYC Public Schools or the New York City Department of Education.
TrackEd connects session records, secure e-signatures, and invoice preparation, then lets you submit through Polaris, the NYC DOE Vendor Portal, or a manual workflow.
Pricing has not been published while packaging is validated during the early pilot. Joining the waitlist does not create a purchase commitment.

This notice explains how the TrackEd early-access website handles the information you choose to provide when you join the waitlist or contact us about the pilot.
The early-access form collects your name, work email, whether you work independently or with an organization, organization name and team size when applicable, and any message you choose to provide.
Do not submit student names, student records, health information, or other sensitive educational information through the early-access form.
We use this information to manage the TrackEd early-access list, understand potential pilot fit, respond to requests, and send relevant product or pilot updates. We do not sell waitlist information.
TrackEd uses cookie-free Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand aggregate website traffic. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed to operate without cookies, local storage, or individual visitor profiles.
If you accept Google Analytics through our privacy choices, Google Analytics uses cookies to help us understand how people find and use the website. It may process pages viewed, referral source, visit timing, interactions, and general browser, device, network, and approximate location information. Google Analytics remains off unless you accept it.
We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, form messages, student information, or other sensitive educational information to either analytics service.
The website uses Cloudflare Pages for hosting and Resend for form notifications. If Cloudflare provides hosting and cookie-free Web Analytics, Google provides the optional Google Analytics service, and Resend provides form notifications. These providers process information as needed to provide their services, subject to their terms and privacy practices.
TrackEd retains early-access information only as long as needed for the purposes described above. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your information by replying to any early-access email you receive from TrackEd.
Your Google Analytics choice is stored in your browser as a necessary site preference. You can reject Google Analytics initially or change your selection at any time through “Privacy choices” in the footer. Rejecting or withdrawing consent prevents future Google Analytics collection and removes its first-party cookies where possible. We also treat an enabled Global Privacy Control signal as a rejection. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not depend on this choice because it operates without cookies or client-side storage. Analytics information is retained for the periods configured by TrackEd within each service and subject to the provider's retention limits.
